Who We Cater for:

We provide support to adults living with a disability. This includes those with ASD, sensory disabilities, intellectual disabilities and physical disabilities.

Our Service

We are committed to providing services in line with New Directions Policy and the interim national standards for best practice. We provide person- centred and outcome focused care. This enables us to help individuals availing of services with us to live a life of their choosing, reach their full potential and become active citizens in the community they live in.

Our Approach

Our New Directions approach is at the heart of what we do by providing service users with support in:
1. Making choices and plans.
2. Incorporating inclusive, community integration.
3. Building upon independence skills.
4. Incorporating health and safety.
5. Making transitions and progress in areas of individual interest.
6. Increasing personal agency and promoting advocacy to assist service users to advocate on matters that are important to them.
7. Building meaningful social connections.
8. Providing opportunities to access vocational, work opportunities.

What We offer:

Our service users arrive at our day service, which is used as base location only and thereafter are supported to participate in individualised activities concurrent to their personal support plan and needs. This could be in the community, provided within a person’s home, the day service location or a combination of all locations outlined. Some activities we provide include horse riding, swimming, arts and crafts, horticulture, computer courses/educational courses and engagement in community amenities.
